Unitech has a full analytical lab on premises. All processes are analyzed daily and are kept to the optimum specification. All records of analytical data, coupons, hull cell panels and other information are kept on file for future reference.

Parts are plated to customer specifications.
We strictly follow our customer's specs,
MIL specs, ASTM specs, Motorola or
Rockwell specs, to name a few. Unitech
has a library of most federal or military
specifications. Our platers our fully
trained to understand and follow
complex specs.

Parts are shipped with full thickness date from either of our two X-Ray fluorescence machines, along with a picture of the part. Any part that is non-conforming is shipped with detailed information and the parts properly identified. We strongly believe that once parts leave our premises, the customer should be able to use them without any inspection of their own.
